Interest Rate Swap Agreement (IRS agreement) singing ceremony between PV Trans and ANZ Bank was held on June 5th.
According to this deal, PV Trans gets the competitive fixed interest rate for remaining tenor of Loan Agreement of Hercules crude oil tanker signed before. This kicks off a long-term cooperation between PV Trans and ANZ.
