In seeking to diversify its business activities, on 18 November 2009, PVTrans Ha Noi Ltd., one of PVTrans’ subsidiaries, successfully executed an affreightment contract with Drilling Mud Corporation (DMC) to charter a bulk carrier to transport 2,000 tons of barite powder from PTSC Hai Phong Port to Vietsovpetro Port. The cargo was safely and timely delivered on 26 November 2009 by PVTrans Ha Noi Ltd.
Along with the supply of transportation services for oil & gas partners, PVTrans Ha Noi Ltd. has been pushing up its development of inland and marine transportation services with a view to expand its business activities and to increase turnover and profitability.
