- Contract with PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PV Oil) for distributing gasoline, diesel oil, Jet A1, fuel oil;
- Contract with PetroVietnam Gass Corporation (PVGas) for distributing LPG;
- Contract with PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans) for the transportation of crude oil/product oil;
- Other contracts for maintenance and emergency respond plan for the refinery.
