On 8th August 2008, at the PVOil’s inauguration ceremony hold at Sheraton Hotel, PVTrans and PVOil signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement.
According to such Agreement, PVTrans and PVOil have agreed the principles for the comprehensive cooperation between two corporations and treated each other as strategy partner in all business aspects. The two corporations have also agreed that they will give priority to each other in using their services as well as create good conditions so the other can participate in one another’s business activities and services.
At first stage, two parties will concentrate to cooperate in the main activities that each party now is performing. Namely, PVOil will participate as strategy partner in PVTrans’ investment projects for developing fleet and in return, PVTrans will be a strategy partner of PVOil in transportation activities concerning crude oil and refined oil in Vietnam and international market.
