The Loan Agreement singing ceremony between Southern Petro Transportation Company (SPT), a subsidary of PV Trans, and Natixis Bank was held on May 28th.
Recent days, the summit meeting between Petrovietnam, PV Trans, PVFC, Citi Group and Nippon Export Import and Inssurance (NEXI) has been held in PVN office.
Delegates from PV Trans, Citi Group and Nippon Export Import and Inssurance (NEXI) paid a visit to the Dzung Quat Refinery and Vinashins’ shipyard in Quang Ngai province in the end of May.
To diversify transportation activities, PVTrans had established its new subsidiary, PVTrans Petro, having combined fund from its strategic shareholders in which PVTrans holds 51%, Scomi Marine BHD Malaysia (20%), Petrovietnam Insurance Corporation - PVI (10%), Petrovietnam Finance Corporation - PVFC (10%), Petrovietnam Trade Union Finance Investment Company PVFI (5%).
Realizing the strategic importance of Quang Ngai province in general development plan of the Vietnam oil & gas industry, PVTrans established its branch in Quang Ngai province.
