PVTrans Oil received PVT Neptune tanker in Singapore

According to plan of investment, to develop and rejuvenate the fleet, on August 30, 2019, Phuong Dong Viet Oil Transportation J.S.C (PVTrans Oil) organized reception ceremony of SICHEM MONTREAL tanker in Singapore. After that, it was renamed by PVT NEPTUNE.

PVT Neptune was built in 2008 in Korea, with total tonnage of 13,056.48 DWT, length of 128.60 M, width of 20.40 M, draft of 8.70 M, belongs to Chemical/Oil Tanker IMO II. PVT Neptune includes good and modern technical conditions which meet the strict standards of maritime and major customers in oil and gas industry in the world.  After receiving the tanker, it would have been in operation of the first shipment for international customer under time chartering since August 31, 2019.

According to the development strategy of parent company, PVTrans Oil concentrates on developing a fleet of product oil/chemical tankers from 10,000 DWT to more than 20,000 DWT with a goal of a big company in the region with a young and modern fleet. PVT Neptune is the second young tanker which has been invested by PVTrans Oil since the beginning of 2019.
